Do you spend a few minutes editing your photos before you post them? Do you try to cover up dark spots or redness under heavy makeup? Are you starting to feel self-conscious about those sudden wrinkles and fine lines that you swear you didn't notice the year before?  Have you always thought about trying Botox or fillers, but just never knew much about it or who to even go to? If you answered YES to any of these questions, we think it is time for you to add a little extra “Oomph” to your appearance.  Perhaps Tre Medspa may be what you have been searching for!   Depending on your individual needs, they will be able to sit down with you and discuss what your interests are and what treatments may be appropriate to address your skin rejuvenation needs.  The attention to detail that you get at Tre Medspa is amazing.   From the moment you step into the luxurious reception area, the ambience of feeling relaxed and pampered will absolutely pull you in and set you at ease.

Founder and Medical Director, Dr. B. Ngoc Pham, MD is a board-certified physician and has been practicing medicine for over 15 years. She graduated from LSU Medical School in New Orleans, LA.  Her interest in Medical Aesthetics and Wellness started in 2004 when she established and directed a highly successful medspa in New Orleans, LA.  A few years after Hurricane Katrina, Dr. Pham and her family decided to relocate to Tampa, Florida, where she opened her medical practice. During her years here she has seen a great interest among her own patients as to what aesthetic treatments or options are available to help them look and feel younger.   Due to the interest from her own patients along with her desire to re-introduce her aesthetic services, Dr. Pham decided to re-establish and launch her medspa in the Westchase community located at 11013 Countryway Blvd. If you thought Dr. Pham’s name sounded familiar, it’s because her medical practice is right next door!

Whether you visit Tre Medspa to tighten or treat, smooth or soothe, the amazing and caring staff at Tre Medspa will make you feel a part of their family.  Dr. Ngoc Pham understands that choosing a cosmetic treatment is a big decision and commitment, and finding the right physician is so very important.   Dr. Pham and her staff will educate you on all services, develop a personal treatment plan, and explain the science behind each step to make sure that you feel absolutely comfortable and confident in your decision for any treatment you may be considering.  In doing so, they work with you to help you achieve stunning outcomes.  Tre Medspa is dedicated to educating their clients on overall wellness and preventive care tips to help you maintain a healthy and vibrant beauty.

The confidence behind Dr. Pham and her staff is not only earned by decades of experience, it comes from their number one goal which they try to achieve with each client and that is trust and satisfaction.   Dr Pham and her staff go above and beyond spending time with their clients, and explaining each procedure in detail to ensure that they are making the best treatment approach for each client.  Dr. Pham is absolutely humbled and overwhelmed with the support and confidence that the community has already shown to her and her staff.   There’s no wonder why Tre Medspa is now Westchase’s leader in medical aesthetics.

Dr. Pham specializes in and is featuring three advanced medical aesthetic services, the microcannula technique for fillers, the PRP or Platelet-Rich Plasma therapy for skin rejuvenation and hair loss, and the latest breakthrough in treatment of submental fat, the Kybella injection.

Many of us may be bothered by the dark circles and deep crease or tear troughs under our eyes, or how about those parenthesis or smile lines that wrap around our mouths, not to mention the hollowness that we start to see in our cheeks.  Well, majority of these signs of aging are very effectively reduced by the use of dermal filler injections.  The traditional technique of delivering such dermal fillers utilizes small injections with a needle to these areas which often would leave clients with increased issues of bruising and swelling.  Dr. Pham is one of the few aesthetic physicians who offer her clients the latest advanced microcannula injection technique for fillers. It uses a blunt-tip microcannula instead of a sharp needle to deliver the filler product, this significantly reduces bruising/swelling or trauma to areas treated and the downtime is significantly much shorter.  Clients who have had the microcannula technique with Dr. Pham are significantly impressed with how simple it is and how minimal bruising they have and are very happy with their results.

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) is an isolated portion of your blood that contains numerous vital growth factors, cytokines and nutrients that are essential to repair and stimulate growth to dormant/injured/damaged cells.  The use of PRP has been very widely used in other aspects of medicine such as orthopedics, where surgeons would inject PRP into the joints to help heal a joint or tendon tear; dentists have injected PRP into dental implants to improve the healing and outcomes.  Over the past decade, PRP use has gained significant interest in the aesthetic world due to the amazing results it has provided in improving the appearance of wrinkles, scars, sun damage, and skin texture.  PRP has also been gaining applause for targeting other problematic issues such as hair loss.

The process of PRP is quite simple. It uses plasma taken from the patient’s own blood instead of chemicals injected into the body. The possibility of side effects is practically nonexistent because the body is unlikely to reject its own blood.   The staff at Tre Medspa will draw a small sample of blood from the arm, which takes just a couple of minutes, followed immediately by a 10-minute centrifugation, utilizing the FDA-approved Eclipse PRP collection system.   Dr. Pham emphasized that when considering doing a PRP injection, it is very important to choose a Medspa that is using the appropriate devices to produce/collect PRP.  Not all devices are the same and going to a place that uses only a simple centrifuge machine may not truly be producing an effective PRP sample.  The time involved in the application varies based on which procedure is being performed.  One of the applications that Tre Medspa offers which incorporates the PRP is Microneedling, also known as Collagen Induction Therapy.

Microneedling is a procedure that makes micro perforations in the skin to help stimulate collagen. This treatment is a safe and effective treatment in acne scarring, anti-aging, reducing the appearance of surgical scars and stretch marks and pigmentation, skin resurfacing and other skin damaged areas. The treatment of combining PRP with Microneedling has gained significant attention in the aesthetic field due to the amazing results that patients have been seeing over the years.  It has become popularly known as the Platelet-Rich Plasma Facelift thanks to one celebrity, Kim Kardashian, who had it done and showcased it. Now PRP collagen induction has become the latest Hollywood secret to restoring a youthful appearance to your skin

PRP has also been used and show great results for hair restoration. Hair loss is one of the most disappointing cosmetic issues that can affect both men and women. Hair loss can lead to a drastic deterioration in confidence. For those that are looking to reverse the effects of hair loss, PRP therapy is a useful option. PRP Therapy works on the basis of utilizing growth factors within the platelets. The growth factors enter the hair bulb circulation and stimulate the stem cells. This leads to changes in the follicle. The procedure is very quick and simple.  Again, a small sample of your blood is drawn and processed to collect the PRP sample.  Next, Dr. Pham will make small tiny injections to your scalp with the platelet rich plasma (PRP). The PRP stimulates the follicles so that your hair can regrow. PRP does not work for all types of hair loss. Dr. Pham will make sure you are properly evaluated prior to commencing therapy to determine if you are a candidate. If you prefer not to have surgery or are not a candidate for surgery, then PRP hair therapy with Dr.Pham and Tre Medspa is an excellent option.

Kybella Before

Kybella After

Dr. Pham also has introduced the Kybella injection to her clients.  Kybella is the only non-surgical, FDA- approved injectable that is used to treat Submental Fat, often known as the “double chin” area.  This can be something you’ve had your whole life due to genetics, or start to appear as you get older or as you gain weight. When injected into the fat beneath the chin, Kybella destroys fat cells, and once destroyed, these cells can no longer store or accumulate fat. This results in a noticeable reduction in fullness under the chin, revealing an improved chin profile. Dr. Pham will create a tailored treatment plan based on the amount of submental fat/distribution to your chin profile.  The process is very simple and takes only a few minutes to perform.  At each treatment, Dr. Pham makes small tiny injections into the area under your chin to target the collection of fatty tissue.  Most clients will require an average of 2-4 injection treatments which are spaced 2 months apart.  Many patients experience visible results in 2 to 4 months following their injections.   Once the fat cells have been destroyed they cannot store or accumulate fat. This means after reaching your desired aesthetic goal, further treatment is not expected.
